Cancellation Policy

To cancel items that aren’t dispatched yet:

  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
  3. Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment
    method, if the payment was already made.
  4. If your order has already been dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s)
    will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you’re still contacted for
    delivery, please refuse to accept it. Courier Charges will be beard by the customer/ purchaser.
  5. If your order is already delivered: You may consider returning it. For more information, please
